Here’s a little collection of some (and by golly do I mean some) of the photos we took whilst in Amsterdam earlier this month. After our activity days, Angela and I spent a long weekend in The Netherlands’ capital. We also ventured out to beautiful villages Marken & Volendam, for their iconic Windmills & traditional Clog Makers. Throughout the stay, we sampled our body weight in cheese, enjoyed some local beverages and took in all the sights & sounds.

Other places visited include the Gassan Diamonds Factory, the Tulip Museum, the Heineken Experience, XtraCold IceBar, Museum Van Loom, and a “Dark” Amsterdam walking tour. With so much more to do, we’ll be sure to return… particularly for the cheese.
